Why dont u enable the chatroom on iphone?

Hi, I have had the app on my ipad2, then I wanted to remove it, and now I cant install it anymore. App Store says to me that it is already installed and show to me the app in the update page...like I should update it but, in the reality it is not possible because there is not the button to update the app (thats right the app is no longer on the iPad). So Im stacked in the position where I cant update, I cant use, I cant remove and the App Store says to me that I should update it. Thatnx for your help. Raffaello

I got this app to call my stateside family while I am stationed in Japan. I downloaded a free app just to buy $10 worth nimbucks and I can not make a call. I just wasted my time and money. I did not find any help on the app to correct this issue.

I would give it more stars if only it will let me open the app. It is unable too open. Please fix the problem.

I downloaded this app, and it worked perfectly for the first 15 minutes, then it signed me out suddenly, and when I got log in, it crashed. I tried reopening it, now its crashing on launch every time. Please fix this. - This problem occurred on my iPod touch 5th generation (newest model, iOS 8.3)

I like this and have used the app extensively. The big issue is that you really must log out before closing the app. When I dont, odds are good that I will need to delete and reinstall the app. Ive seen this happen repeatedly if I dont log out but not when I log out. Logging out isnt that simple. You need to go into settings. On the MacBook version this is not the case. Logging out is right up front. App also fails completely on my iPad 3. To developers, test test test.

You seriously expect us to use your non optimized Messenger when others like Trillian, IM+ and AIM are all fully optimized? How laughable is that?
